Sky vip autofill

I've had this issue now for years.  My surname is wrong in sky vip autofill.  

I've changed phones now 3 time over the last 6 years and the surname is always still wrong.  It doesn't matter where I log in.  Its always wrong.  Has anyone ever been able to find the issue as to where it is? .

I've checked autofill etc..... its not there.  Its only on sky vip competitions.

If the surname is wrong on your account itself, if it is then you will need to call Sky to get them to correct it for you.

Its only the autofill on competition entries   I once spelt my surname wrong.. fat fingers... now every competition entry has to be manually adjusted.  The autofill on the sky page is wrong.  

I've checked every phone etc I've even logged in on a PC... and guess what  still wrong on there.  

No idea where it is to even change it.

Issues like this have been reported on here before and sadly I don't think anyone has posted a solution.

I think you are right.  

I posted a few years ago.  Even had someone from the tech team try and help.  Still nothing.  I can't believe Sky still don't have a fix for this especially if people change their name when they get married.  Seems daft.
