Just recently whilst trying to watch highlights of sporting events on my phone through phone data I keep getting the message unsupported location and not load but when I go home on my WiFi the videos play. Not sure if it's connected but recently had sky glass at hint
When on mobile data have you made sure loaction services in the settings on your phone is turned on for the Sky Sports app ?
