I received this morning an email from "Sky Customer Feedback invite"at!"surveys.siresearch.contact.sky", it went straight to my junk folder, with the dodgy looking email address you can see why.
As I cannot find anywhere to ask Sky to confirm if it is genuine or not, hopefully someone here can.
Meny thanks

It is a survey, don't have a problem with that. Is it genuinely from Sky.
Forum rules will not allow me to enter the address as it is, apologies.

Not sure what other information I can give. The crux of the problem is the odd email address, it is really a Sky problem when they don't have a facility to report a suspicious email. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I have also received an email regarding a Sky survey. Rather than click the link to take part in the survey, I Googled the email address and found this conversation. It uses my name and the communication sounds real but scammers are very good these days. Who knows what will happen when that link is clicked. Glad to see I'm not the only one who is suspicious.
