When I try to activate my Apple TV 3 month offer I get the following-
Your code limit has been reached , you have already redeemed the maximum number of these codes per Apple account.
This offer is for new and returning customers. Can anyone help please? I have until 9 Nov to take up offer.

I'm not aware that it applies to me. I have had an offer before so am a returning customer. Didn't see anything about no the number of codes I'm allowed. It doesn't say either what is the maximum number. How can I find out?

I know from experience that the code can't be applied if you are already in a free trial period for Apple TV+ from another code/offer.
