Sky sports App and Web are giving me unsupported location

my ip address is UK but when i try and watch any content on Sky Sports app or website it says i am in a unsupported location. Why is this? and how do i fix it?

just to add. Sky go is fine. And i see this across all my devices on home internet

Try a reboot of your broadband router at the mains so leave it off for 10 minutes before powering it back up then give it 3 minutes to finish loading before trying again across your devices.

Looking into this further. I see the issue on Sky Sports , Netflix and Paramount plus but Disney and BBG Iplayer is fine.  Anyone know why it would work on some apps and not others.
