I have just purchased an ipad a few hours ago. i have had no order number nothing. i got an email saying: "Just a quick note to say we've got your order and are busy checking all the details. We'll be in touch soon to confirm what you've chosen and let you know how to get up and running.."
It then gives me instructions to set up a sky id. i tried to set it up and it says "technical issues" it's been like this for a few hours. what do i do. will i still receive my ipad? i cannot access anything on my
app either. saying technical issues.

Hey,
a bit late but what was the outcome of the issue? I'm getting the same message too and I'm not sure where i stand, do i get my new device or not?
