Sky.com technical difficulties

When trying to upgrade, buy, or simply browse any product on the sky website I constantly get an error message.. I've tied different devices, connected to different networks, tried on both my account and my parents, nothing seems to work. Is anybody else having this issue?

A few things to try:

 

Make sure your details are filled out here including your surname:


https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info


Then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

when I try the second link I get this

The link you used may be out of date or the address may have been typed incorrectly. Please check and try again.

this is the message I get whenever I try to do anything.

The second link works fine for me so did you look into your details as per the first link ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
