Sky.com erratic.

Good morning.

.Sky super fast broadband recent black hub. Wi-Fi connection to Q box, hi-fi iPad and iPhone.

Everything. works fine in all respects except for one thing.

Sky.com will not let me access my details, check my product or pretty much anything. Sometimes I can get some details  of my mobile or my TV come up but can not navigate anywhere, usually I get a "Technical problems" message.

It behaves the same whichever way I try to access the site, ican not see my details, my product, bills etc, so I can not do anything. It has been like this for some time but because everything else works fine I have not bothered much with it.

It is almost like I am not logged in correctly, I do not know but something keeps blocking me, lots of Ooops or error messages, very frustrating.

Do you own a mobile because if you do then another way to access your account is by installing the MySky app.

Was a very strange problem. Despite updating our details with some care, sky had to manually enter addresses for different sections of the website, updating in this way solved the problem.

 

All good.
