Sky app.

Iss anyone else having issues with the sky app not recognising your account, having to keep trying to log in but seems to be on a loop of there is already an account but not showing any details? Ive tried to uninstall the app but still having the sane issue along with online.

@Tartanchick  App is glitchy from time to time but it sorts itself out

Yes, I have been trying to see my account details for weeks. I can get in my account but not see my details. If I ask for help no one "is available at the moment". Very frustrating.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
