Sky app won't recognise my postcode
I can't log into Sky app or the website - it asks for my postcode then generates an error message. Email and password are accepted. I just go round in a loop back to the postcode screen and get the error again. I want to log in to check my bill as this is more than has been quoted.

Have you tried entering your postcode using upper case letting and with and without a gap ?
