Sky app not accepting Irish Postcode

could someone please help with accessing the Sky app as its not accepting my Irish postcode. If I had known this was such an issue I would never have signed up . Dissapointed the staff in Currys never mentioned any thing about this .

Have you made sure that the app is flagged as an Ireland account, so is there a flag option at the bottom somewhere that needs to be changed ?
