Sky app does not show my tv and broadband details

Hi I have noticed for the past week that when I go into my Sky app it only shows my mobile devices but not my tv /broadband packages it doesn't even show it in the billing. I rang Sky they told me it should be fixed within a day but  3 days later it is still the same. Can anyone help?

That appears to be something they will say when they do not know how to fix an issue such as this.

 

Have you linked your TV/Broadband account to the same primary Sky ID that your mobile account should be linked to as per this:
