Sky VIP Rewards not working

@karetaker  If I were in your shoes I'd just get a smartphone and then I'd be able to access vip etc  a smartphone can be cheap I get mine from sky all the time as I don't want the newer phone as more expensive I'm only £15 for iPhone 13

My sky app isn't working properly, it won't let me see my view basket,

When I go onto vip and then go to Vue cinema tickets it just won't load up,

Is anyone else having this problem.

I am Gold VIP MEMBER. There are offers in which i have interest. When i click the link button i get a blank page. The links appear broken.

I have now fixed this issue:

This is for iPhones I'm not sure about androids.

when you go onto the app and then try to activate the treat it takes you away from the app.

when it does this on your search bar is a little box with a couple of lines underneath it on the left side. It then brings up another tab at bottom of the fone, on the left there is a little circle with 3 dots click that then another menu opens. Scroll down and if it says request desktop website change it to request mobile website, it then works further down there is a function to request desktop all the time if you just turn this off so you don't have to keep doing it all the time.
