Hi
when I try and enter a ballot for any event I get directed to a registration screen. When I enter my details it says my email address is already registered.
please can someone help and explain how I enter the ballots.

i don't have another email address. Surely I should be able to use my email address.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
