Sky VIP Access - Account Not Authorised

Good evening

 

I have recently upgraded from the iPhone 16 pro max to the iPhone 17 pro max and now I'm unable to access the my sky vip app. It is coming up with the  following message "account not authorised". The app was working on my previous phone but unable to login to the app on my upgrade. 

I'm at a loss as to why it's not working.

On your new iphone do you have a VPN or the private relay function actiavted as both of these might cause this issue.

I do have a VPN on my phone (nord vpn) but it is not active when I try to access the app. 

Searched for private relay and this is also switched off so at a loss.
