Sky Store app not working on ipad

My Sky Store app isn't working on my iPad. Keeps showing an alert with 'we are experiencing a problem. Please try again.'

A call to Sky says there is no known fault. 
anyone got any ideas pls?

The Sky Store app on my iPad is working so when is it failing for you, when your purchases load up or when you try to play them ?

Also have you checked you are running the latest version ?

Hi!

it's when I try to play, the alert box comes up.  The app opens up, I try to play an episode, the alert comes up.  Have reinstalled etc.  also does the same on my iPhone too.

I am seeing this as well when hitting play so clealry an issue at Sky's end. If it keeps happening you could email the apps team about it - apps@sky.uk

Still not working 24 hrs later!

It isn't for me either so have you had a reply from the apps team ?

Just the generic acknowledgment today. They say 48 hrs.  But on the phone yesterday, the assistant said there were no known faults flagged. Must be tho!

I've just noticed on the App Store that there is an update required and this has solved the problem! 😅

Thank you!  I notice is called the Sky Store player now.  Is working.  Phew.
