My Sky Store app isn't working on my iPad. Keeps showing an alert with 'we are experiencing a problem. Please try again.'
A call to Sky says there is no known fault.
anyone got any ideas pls?

Thank you! I notice is called the Sky Store player now. Is working. Phew.

Hi!
it's when I try to play, the alert box comes up. The app opens up, I try to play an episode, the alert comes up. Have reinstalled etc. also does the same on my iPhone too.

I am seeing this as well when hitting play so clealry an issue at Sky's end. If it keeps happening you could email the apps team about it - apps@sky.uk

Just the generic acknowledgment today. They say 48 hrs. But on the phone yesterday, the assistant said there were no known faults flagged. Must be tho!
