Sky Sports Scores Commentary not loading

Pixel 7 running Android 14

Sky Sports Scores app version 7.4.3

Match commentary live blog is blank. Restarts etc do nothing. Gone to the BBC app and presenting my mates on WhatsApp as it's better than nothing.

That didn't work for me. 

Wonder if it's to do with App permissions?

Greyed out mostly. 

Can view everything else except for commentary.

Been like it for weeks. 

Thought I was the only one. 

Going to uninstall if not sorted soon.

OK, so you can try this. Not sure if it's now a permanent fix yet?

Close the sky scores app

Go to settings on phone

Apps

Storage

Clear cache.

Has worked in the past, but then stopped working. Seems to be working OK today.

Not sure for how long?

I can no longer see the commentary feed or news stories feed on the scores app.

It just brings up blank pages,have uninstalled reinstalled but still not working.

Do you have any ideas to.resolve this.

I have the same problem with Samsung Z Fold 4, cannot get anything from live blog!

Hi there,

My phone os a Samsung s24 ultimate,using one ui 6.1 android 14.

Sky scores version is 7.4.3

Basically when im in an dividual match,i click on the commentary tab/news tab and it comes up blank.

The lineup tab works fine it is only a very recent thing. Was working fine prob till about 4 days ago.

I have a Samsung  Galaxy  S21, which I used to be able to enjoy live commentary on the Sky Scores app, but no longer!

What is it with Sky and apps!? First it was the poor picture quality on apps with Sky Q (just had my 7th Q box fitted since it started) now Sky apps on phones/tablets......come on Sky, get your act together!
