When I go to the Sky Sports App I get the message:
Service can't be reached
Error code: CIE-2000
Please check your interet connection. If he problem persists, try agin later.
I am using Chrome as my Browser. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still get the same problem. In the Chrome Settings I have also selected in Delete browsing data to Delete data with a Time range of All time and the following options ticked:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry turning off your computer nternet connection so Wi-Fi or mobile data then delete the app. Reboot the device and enable the internet again before installing the app once more.
