Sky Go Extra VIP reward

Hello,

I am a Diamond VIP member and have been a sky customer for 21 years.

I have been told i am able to redeem sky go extra as a VIP reward from the sky VIP hub on the app. This option does not seem to be availible anywhere?

For years I have used SKYGO on my xbox but now cannot use this facility.

Can anybody help?

If the free Sky Go Extra reward doesn't show via Sky VIP for you then you will need to call Sky about it as they will work out the best way to get it added to your account.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
