Technical Issues When trying To Buy

I've been trying to order (see final costs) for Sky Glass or Stream but whatever I use the app or Website on different computers - I click to go to basket it says 'Sorry, we're having Technical difficulties' everytime. I've been trying for weeks. 

what can I do?
