Sky App does not show my mobile
Upgraded my phone and now my mobile is no longer showing in my app to manage.
I can view my TV but not my mobile.
I had signed out of the app and deleted the app on both phones. Reinstalled the app but still not showing my mobile device etc.
I tried to call Sky and they cannot understand what I am saying and have provided no assistance with this at all. One advisor told me to try the above and another told me there was an issue with the app and to have it 48 hours.. its been nearly 2 weeks and still no luck. I have deleted the app 3 times now and still not working.
Any ideas please?

That something they will say when they do not how to fix an issue.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct username or email address as using the wrong details can cause issues like this.

I have logged in correctly as can see all of my TV devices and subscriptions.. mobile has just disappeared.
where can I go to fix this?

There is no where you can go but contacting Sky tomorrow via one of the social media links at the bottom of the page might be an option you want to try.

I have the same problem, my mobile account disappeared randomly and nobody at sky can give any help!!
