Sky App F1 Driver Onboards and Main Stream no longer able to watch at same time

How can we make a complaint to Sky App that since they have now restricted the ability to only watch Sky on one device at a time during  I can no longer watch the driver onboards and the main stream for F1.  Before I used to be able to watch the main stream (i.e. the race itself) on my laptop/tablet and then the driver onboard on my mobile, but after updating the app recently it mean you can only watch Sky on one device at a time as you get a message saying you need to logout of the other device if you want to watch it on a second one. What's the point in providing the ability to watch driver onboards if you can't actually watch them and the race at the same time!?!?!?!? Why has Sky done this!!!!

So it was the Sky Sports app ?

@vw41  why don't you watch the main stream on sky go using one device and the sky sports onboards on another 

this is what you are trying to achieve is it not or am i missing something 

granted you can't use the sky sports app on more than one device but you can achieve what you want by doing the above

I try that but then I get a message on the second device telling me I need to log out of the first one before I can continue watching on the second one because they have restricted it to watching on one device only at a time...

@vw41  The sky go app is a different app to the sky sports one 

so you you logging into the sky go app on one device and the sky sports one on another and not the same app on both devices
