SKY VIP email issues

Annoying recurring issue on the ticket ballots in the Sky VIP. 

When I try to apply for a ballot I get an error message 'The email address you entered is already registered.'

 

I am able to enter competitions but not the ballots for Tickets / days out. 

Please help, I have logged out and updated the app but still it does not work, how do I resolve?

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.
