I just registered there on this chat site and found inputting date of birth to be very awkward

Why can you not just type in dd/mm/yyyy instead of having to wind back the calendar on drop down menu?

I had to scroll back almost 70 years in monthly swipes !!!! And I lost my place twice do had start all over again!
