i have just download the mysky app to get the my rewards(cinema tickets) but i cant acces this

i have received an email saying that i can get the free cinema tickets

What is happening when you try to access the free cinema tickets and have you setup Sky VIP from within the app ?

I havnt been able to open the MySky app on my tablet for 3 days now.Just keeps spinning.I have uninstalled and reloaded but no difference.

@Oddie2004 have you tried rebooting your tablet as well?
