Customer having issues logging into on Line Sky account 

CRf was sent to update details 

removed email from IDM 

tried different email addresses

customer used different browsers , different wifi's data

cleared cookies, checked pop up blockers  used different devices 

when attemptint to log in requests Post code = then gets message please try later 

updated address through home move senario 

 

still having issues when attemptint to log in requests Post code = then gets message please try later 

unsure what else we can try ,Please give some help on this one
