Sky will have enabled VIP on their account as they do this for all customers regardless if they have registered themselves or not.

Sky doesn't just add you as a VIP my mum only just done it last year after being asked on a call also I know two friends who haven't bothered also Mark don't be silly everyone has a loyalty scheme now days you don't get charged extra and of course I wanted if that was the case very silly question
