Paramount plus

I cant log into paramount plus over past 8 weeks or so. i have waited on phone for 45 mins and no answer from sky help. I get a blue screen that lets me put in my email and password. Then tells me the password isnt right and to set another password.  Now how can i set a new password if i cant log into the account to start with?

It asks for my account and password, now as it doesnt accept my sky account and password what does it want?
