Outlook calendar not syncing between my laptop and iphone 16

I have never been able to sync my laptop Outlook diary with my mobile phone but I am now on sky mobile and a new iphone 16, which I thought might have fixed it. But it didn't, it is still not syncing. Is there something I need to set up?

@slaird  It's not clear from your post but are you referring to a Sky/Yahoo email account not syncing?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi,

I have been trying to get this working for years but now I really need it for some voluntory work I am doing. Yes, it is Sky/Yahoo I am using but I just transferred everything to Sky so I thought that would solve it but it didn't.

I maintain my calendar on my laoptop via Outlook and although it syncs my emails on my iphone, it does not sync my calendar, which is also using Outlook.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
