No access remotely
Trying to setup sky + box remotely and saying app no longer supported

Not sure what you're trying to do. Can you elaborate? Which app? What do you mean by setting up a Sky+ box remotely?

Remote recording is in the Sky Go app. The Sky+ app hasn't been supported for well over a year.

What are you actually trying to do.
Even though the Sky+ app is not supported it is still possible to use it to set recording and downloads.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Hi. The app is up to date but it says - 'no service, try again later'.
I was trying to set the sky + box up to record a rugby match as we were out.
Sky CS said because the box is no longer supported
