Hi,
I have Netfix through SKY but on SKY go on my mobile + ipad it is not available. I have deleted the SKY app + downloaded it again but still no Netflix. Is it not possible on SKY go?

Hi and thanks for replying. I rang SKY and they told me to change my password as Netflix would not accept it but after changing password Netflix will still not allow me to sign in.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat TV package do you subscribe to as the basic one with Netflix access it the Ultimate one as this allows you to watch Netflix on two devices so have you signed into the Netflix app via Sky Q ?

Hi Caesarome,
I was told my SKY to download the Netflix app and sign in using my SKY go password.
I can get Nerflx ok on my TV and one other TV

@Jasmine33 that advise from Sky is incorrect unfortunately. Your Sky login details and your Netflix login details are completely separate and Sky have no control over your netflix accounts ( aside from the fact that when Netflix is linked to Sky, Sky take over the billign of the account, so you pay Sky and Sky pay Netflix essentially).

Thank you for replying. I don't know what to do because if I were to sign up to Netflix, it would be a new account and I would be billed by them and billed also by Sky.
I only want the sleep app they have!
