Netflix problem

I have just tried to use Netflix and the name in the blue box is Camila . My name is in the yellow  box which I used to access Netflix but when I chose a film I was refused to use it because it said there are too many people using my account . Camilla is obviously Spanish as her account is in Spanish . I have no idea who this is and how she is on my account . I tried to look for a way to sort it Netflix but couldn't do it . I wonder if you could help me as am worried domeone has hacked my account and using it

You will need to contact Netflix themselves for help with this and once they have then you then need to change the password on the Netflix account:
