Netflix help please

Hi there, 

i'll try and explain this in a way that is easily Understandable. 
So I have Netflix, signed in on my sky Q which is fine but I was signed into the Netflix app on my phone but I've been signed out and I can't sign back in with any login details. 
when I use the email address that I believe is right. It wants me to pay for a subscription, but I already paid for it via Sky. 
is there a way to re-link my Sky account to the net Netflix app on my phone!

Which one of these packages do you have, as you need the 2 or 4 screen one before being able to login to the Netflix app using your Sky account:

 

Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD) as standard
Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) you get this by adding the HD pack
Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

Thanks for the reply. 
I have Ultimate tv add on. I've had it for some time and I've always been able to use the iPhone Netflix app as I synced the accounts when I took the package out (although I couldn't watch on the phone app at the same time as the sky tv app) but today the phone app is asking me to log in and doesn't recognise my log in details

The Ultimate packages allows you to access Netflix on just the one device which will be your Sky Q box as per my post above. Unless you have changed your package I'm not sure how you had it working on your phone as well so you might want to phone Sky about this.
