Re: Netflix from sky won't allow me to download movies onto my phone
Hi @jimm67
Sky are only responsible for payment all functionality etc is the responsibility of netflix. You dont say what tier you have nor what mobile you use but what you can download varies:
See: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24926, https://help.netflix.com/en/node/54816 and https://help.netflix.com/en/node/55672.
If these don't provide a solution , you will need to speak to Netflix support.

Re: Netflix from sky won't allow me to download movies onto my phone
Hello,
which unfortunately doesn't support offline viewing. Even though you're paying through your Sky bill, the Netflix app on your phone follows the rules of that specific tier, and Netflix restricts the download feature to their more expensive "No Ads" plans. To fix this, you’ll usually need to go into your Sky account settings on your TV or the My Sky app and upgrade your Netflix add-on to the "Standard" or "Premium" level.
