Need to add IP Adress to Sky Sports whitelist

I have a static caravan with wifi  being provided by an independent Network provider.

I can sign on to the Sky Sports App from home on both my phone and tablet with my SKY  WiFi.

However I get the same error msg on both devices when signing on at my caravan.

Benington have asked me to contact SKY and ask for their IP Address to be added to their whitelist.

It is - 85.235.77.10

Can this be arranged please ?

Not via here @David+S07 as we are customers who help each other.

What is the error message you are seeing ?

You could try emailing the apps team on this address - apps@sky.uk

Not sure if you will receive a replay or if they can help but it is worth a try.

• Contacted SKY as you suggested by email and got a fairly prompt reply.

Unfortunately they said they could not add the IP address to their whitelist.

They said it was a Benington problem, perhaps with their Fireguard or configuration settings.

Contacted Benington and heard nothing further.

Will push them again when I get back to the caravan next week.

Need it sorting  to allow me to watch live football which is not  shown on Sky Go app.
