• Hi can you help me I can't get my rewards because my sky app won't work 

• if you have an email address I can send you a picture of what's been going on 
• I should be getting cinema tickets and all the other rewards but won't work

@OGT in what way is the Sky app not working? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? By all means post a picture, but ,are sure that no personal details are included such as your account number.

Wjen you say it is not working what is happening when you sign into the app.

As long as no names and account numbers are shown (these need to be blanked out) you can post the image via here by selecting the picture icon, finding the image and unloading it.
