Hi
I'm new to the service, have placed my order and told to track via the mysky app. Enter email and password in app. It says verification code sent by email. I check inbox and junk folders
No email received
Deleted app. Tried again. Same result

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe email address this should be sent to if the one you have used as a communication address so if it is different from your login one then I would check that email account.
