Mysky verification email not received

Hi

I'm new to the service, have placed my order and told to track via the mysky app. Enter email and password in app. It says verification code sent by email. I check inbox and junk folders 

No email received 

Deleted app. Tried again. Same result

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

The email address this should be sent to if the one you have used as a communication address so if it is different from your login one then I would check that email account.
