Mysky app does not load

Mysky app doesn't load. The continuous rotating circle is all I get when I open the app. I've tried clearing the cache and the data. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same. I can see "my details' and the vip tab opens but can view billing or products - just the rotating circle. 

It works on line, through a browser, but just doesn't open in the app. Would appreciate any ideas to resolve please. Thanks

Please ignore post. I ve resolved (another app was causing it not tooad - removed offending app. Now all good)
