Hello , MySkyApp isn't working. It used to be pretty cool to be able to access stuff through it but now when I click on a tab the next screen comes up blank. I can do nothing with it . Thinking of deleting the app and re-installing it? Has anyone else had this problem.

👋🏽, thank you so much for your response! I went ahead and tried it before I got your message but sadly it hasn't worked. I think my only other option might be to call SKY. If that doesn't work then ...... !

It might just be a temporary glitch so give them the make and model of device you have the app installed in and what version of the software it is running.
