MySky app

I have been having an issue for months, I was signed out of the MySky app and every time I try to sign in, the signin page does not load the fields for entering details. I have updated the app anytime an update is available, but the issue still persists.

Any help would be appreciated

Do you have anything like a VPN running because if so try disabling it to see if the app then works.

 

Other than that have you tried deleting then installing it again ?

I've turned off the vpn and reinstalled the app a couple of times. Someone else in the house has an older model iphone with the same operating system and I've been able to sign in on that phone, maybe I'll try resetting or reinstalling the vpn app and see if helps.

I have tried numerous times to sign in on my own phone but the signin page still won't load the relevant boxes for email/id and password. I was able to use someone else's phone to log in and even with a vpn turned on. My own phone is barely 3 months old while the other phone is 6 years old and both use the same operating system.
