MySky app constant error on Device Management
MySky app on iPad and iPhone.
From the opening screen:
Product Settings > Device Management > Oops, there's been an error.
This has been happening for a while and the same thing happens through a browser to my Sky account.
OK, it won't sort the puck's many faults (don't get me started - goodbye to Sky at end of contract) but this app option used to work and now it does not. It should. App updates have not fixed this. I doubt Sky is unaware.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I answered the chat* and was told to call a help centre and was given an 03 number. Not ideal, but what's a Sky user to do?
* I did not get a notification of a request to chat and only saw it because I logged in, even though I thought I had ticked the "notify me" box. I haven't to this post as it isn't going any further.
