Since this Yule log one and there only being a select few vouchers so I can't get them, they all seem taken up by people that are able to claim it during the day. I can't do it due to work. Is anyone else having this issue?

Surely you caim the voucher at any time, and then activate and collect at a time that suits you?

@Bungle1973  It did say you had to be quick probably because they are specific items for Christmas and they will only have so much stock

@Bungle1973  No same applies with normal freebies too you have until the store closes on Tuesday to claim because the next freebie is available on the Wednesday

Sorry to hear that. I've used the treat code every week since then (that'll be about 6 or 7 times by now) and it's worked every time in the self-scan big panel readers. I missed out this week though because all the coupons had gone. Not that that would have mattered much because by Thursday afternoon our Sainsburys had run out of them anyway! I've only just twigged that you have to CLAIM your treat early on in the process so you get one allocated, but it mustn't be activated until you are within an hour of being able to use it at the scanner or it will expire. I haven't quite worked out exactly how far you have to go in the claim process to secure the voucher for yourself without actually activating it, it's quite confusing, I'm old, I could do with a sequence of screenshots to show me how far to go to secure the coupon but not activate it, hahahha! The FAQ is quite confusing too.

Yep I missed it! And I tried on Thursday afternoon. No vouchers left, and no product on the shelves either. On a previous treat which was TTD cookies (YUM BTW!), there was a lady filling up the cookie shelves and she noticed I was consulting my phone and reading out the allowed options to my wife, and the lady said "Are these in the Sky Treat this week? I wondered why they were disappearing off the shelf as fast as I can put them in, we normally hardly sell any of these" - HAHAHAHAHAH!

Can you tell me exactly how far you have to go in the claim process to CLAIM it so you secure the voucher but not ACTIVATE it so it doesn't expire? 🐵  I find the screens a little confusing. At one stage you end up going out of the app to an external website - is that too far?
