My Sky displaying technical issues when trying to login.

My sky app technical difficulties

Opening App gives me blank white screen and message about technical difficulties. 

I've uninstall and downloaded again... no difference 

What to do now?

I am having the same. I have run out of data and need to log on to roll over from my piggy bank but I can't log on! 

 

So I'm stuck with no data if I leave the house. Driving me mad!!

You can still rollover data through usual sky website once logged in but yes this is very frustrating.

Issues with vip app

Hi, it won't let me get into the sky vip app. It says try again or log out. I do both and it still comes up with the same. It's not letting me into the app

The MySky app not logging in

Hi

When logging in to mySky app on iOS (up to date version) on IPhone 12, I get a white screen and a Red exclamation mark in a triangle and "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties"

 

Have deleted and re-installed App

Changed password 

 

No joy

 

Website login is fine

Update: after several attempts to login, after a couple of days, it now works again. No action needed (but I did nothing else to resolve).

Mine is working now. I emailed them but got a generic email directing to the troubleshooting videos.  Theyve obviously fixed the error
