I have been on the phone to you for over an hour my sky app is not working. You I have been with you for over 30 years and I am a sky vip customer. I was told to do various things on my sky to make it work. Unfortunately know everything has gone even my rewards very angry. Even more annoying is the fact he left me on the call not replying for over 15 mins
