My sky app

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems trying to sign into  their my Sky app the last few days,I have being in touch with Sky but still having the same problems can't log in at all

Hi it keeps asking for my Eircode and when I enter it it just says please enter a valid eircode,I have tried logging in on Google but no use I can't get in to check my bills or anything thanks mate

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

My sky app is and has been working fine, have you tried  uninstalling it  and then reinstalling  it ? To see if that works

This is what I get after logging successful return to my sky app.the page just says return to my sky app. That's it numerous attempts. Deleted app. Uploaded app again, turned phone off, other checks. And I still can't get on other pages, my email & password are fine. I think I will be ringing sky as now at a loss of trying everything.

It isn't clear what is happening or if you are new to Sky or a returning customer ?

It's the app, I have taken it off, uploaded it again, cleared caches & data. Switched phone off, turned it on again, reloaded app, same problem.I have sent sky an email & uploaded a screenshot.. l have been a customer for yrs, so not a new one. I think it an Google play store glitch.. the page doesn't move after signing in successfully.

Are you using anything like a VPN and if so made sure this is off ?
