My sky app

When trying to click on sky app it's loading into white screen only I've delete app and reinstalled and it's still the same blank white screen

Have you checked to see if there are any updates for it ?

No one has helping I'm clicking on the app and at 1st the sky logo appears then within a second the whole screen goes white and nothing loads ! 

I've deleted and reinstalled the app nothing 

I've turned iPhone off and powder back and nothing 

what can I do to get the app back as I need to update one of my sims with Gb from the piggy bank

Or does you get the same white blank page ?

I have the same problem, deleted reinstalled, sky logo appears then just get the white screen, just updated my iPad to 16.4.1 @Sonia123

Has it worked ?? I've just tried logging in on a laptop and it's saying unable as maintenance work so I'm hoping this is the reason ?

2 hours on the phone this morning (removed)  A sky 'Expert' tells me I need to speak to the Sky ID team, customer services insist there is no such team.  Still no access to my account or billing information - I am appalled.
