My sky app won't now work after I got sky glass. It asks for my postcode then the direct debit or card I used to purchase sku glass... it's on subscription?
anyway the app wont let me log in and it tells me it's them not me. However I have put in correct credentials.
please help! Ps I have deleted app several times and restarted my iPhone. It also does it on website .

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
