My sky app is stuck on white screen and won't load, I have reset my phone, uninstall the app and reinstalled it, but none of these have made any difference

Have you checked that you have the latest version installed ?

Yep, updated the app and phone software, restarted everything, just still stuck on the white (with sky logo) screen

Do you have any VPN running on the device?

I am having exactly the same issue. Have tried numerous times with the reloading rebooting thing. Also checked all my setting on my phone to make sure nothing is blocking it. No joy, can't access any of my freebees now. What a con.
