My Sky app

Anyone else having problems with the my sky app, can access my details etc, but bills Contracts, documents and messages even telling me I have no products, what's going on with it, virtual is a waste of time, you never get anywhere with them

All fine here so when you try to view your bill what is happening ?

I totally agree, tried the section to 'manage my devices' and it doesn't exist, then wasted 10 minutes trying to get somewhere with virtual assistant- that is a total failure!
