My Sky app
The MySky app is showing a problem with my Sky Q, i haven`t got any service issues with my TV but i`m Guessing there is something wrong with the app/web page for my account as i`m getting this message appear when i`m looking to upgrade my phone.
I have tried speaking to Sky but haven`t been able to get any help with understanding the reason.

Regarding the restricted message, do you use Sky Marketplace and is so are you up to date here so do you owe anything ?
